i think i'll be able to completely avoid cars now when i ride in the park.

anyone been there at night lately? almost completely deserted...i traveled the entire loop without seeing one cyclist the other night.

It is a good thing, no doubt. I think that rally on 10/26 caught the city off guard, and that's when things started changing.
