Danish study: Cycling can extend life by five years
In this day of online translation, I won't bother to do it for you, but you can run it through your favorite program:

Gist of the study: Cycling at moderate intensity extends life a couple years over cycling "easy". Cycling hard adds five years. I don't see anything about a non-cyclist control group. The benefits are greater for men than for women.

Interesting. It doesn't say what speed they consider easy or fast but I can't imagine it being 20 miles per hour. I suspect the "Hard" cycling is probably closer to 12 mph and in fact maybe distance related than anything else.
