3 cyclists killed in Huntington Beach this year so far. Am I next?


This is my city. I do almost all my non trail cycling here. 2 of those fatalities happened in spots I cycle by regularly. I'm cycling these streets every day. Wondering if it's going to be me next.

Sometimes I wonder how many of the killed cyclists would survive if it weren't for the fact that almost all of the drivers flee the scene, and won't even call 9-11 to give the poor soul who's bleeding to death on the pavement a chance.

Even worse are the two recent cases in which the motorist tried to hide the bodies (one was still alive).
