Ignoring is probably the best policy.

Doing anything just gives them the attention that they want.

Unless a cop happens to be behind you when they do it, I doubt they would do anything (and even then they probably wouldn't).

It's all good now since I came up with a plan. I now hang out at all redneck events like county fairs, truck pulls, mud parks, etc and wait for the perfect time to atatck.
