Here's my first alt bike. Its supposed to look a bit sh*te, its for a character in a short film. Took 1.5 hours to make total. I'm gonna make a few more soon

The bike itself isn't too "alt" (besides the 6-gear ratio fixed/free drivetrain setup) but the bike stereo was no-cost (well, low-cost) frankenbuilding at it's finest:
Here's the stereo off the bike. The speakers and sub are just computer audio gear I dug out of my works' de-provisioning bin. With about $8 in radioshack and diy store components, a UPS battery, drill and a soldering station I turned it into this:
Here's the view from the back of the thing (showing the sub):
And here's how I rigged it to hook onto my rack using spare Axiom pannier hardware:
I'm calling it Frankenstereo 1000!!!

I'm not really sure how motorcycle fairings are mounted but I know bikes aren't the same at all so right now I have to deal with adding on to the bottom of the fork. I have seen at least one example but I don't know how he did it. I will have to look and ask him.

dude, tripleC, i saw the hate in the fgss forum and frankly, everything you build is awesome. that's one of the best looking tall bikes i've ever seen, and definitely the first one I'VE seen with gearing.

Definitally THE best tall bike I've ever seen, well done as far as frame matching, headtube extension, gearing and overall fabrication. Nicely done. I've got one in the works, but I want to keep it quiet until its done.
