Bike Powered Drive-In Movie Theatre
Last night in the city was "Nuit Blanche", a modern & experimental art exposition of sorts which is extremely well attended and has been ongoing for 9 years. One exhibition, which I didn't manage to see, was a bike powered "ride-in" movie. As per the site:
"Participants ride up and watch movies by the river... The projector runs from a bicycle-powered generator, which viewers take turns pedaling. " Burn calories while you watch, and be green about it too.

i don't know if it was pedal powered, but they just had a bike in movie deal here. it wasn't in my area of town though, and i didn't feel like packing a bike to the area to attend.

How much power does a computer projector draw?
internet says
300W maximum
(1) power ON, current probe method: 58.0A
(2) hot switching inrush current 24.3A
can you sprint for 90 minutes? probably want a big battery instead..
