Beats taking an old Impala or Cadillac and putting it on 22" rims.

I'm not into the foil wrapped spokes, but the rest of the builds are interesting.

i've got the start of something like that. took a 20" full suspension bike and put the forks and rear swingarm off a 26" full suspension bike on it. kinda lost interest in the idea, so it's another thing taking up space in the garage.

edit for pic

never threw it out, but never gathered enough interest to pull it out and play with it again.
