The Qlio Velo--which I found while looking up ideas for my velomobile on YouTube--has to be about the fanciest one I've seen yet!
Sadly, not street legal in Alberta--too many headlights (limit is 2 on a bicycle) and it has an electric assist (which would make this legally a car).

I commented in his youtube comments about how he could make this street-legal in Alberta. He was rather grateful to have the respective laws quoted to him.
