Towing a Ghost Bike

We are getting ready for our "Ride of Silence" next month. We want to tow a "Ghost Bike" behind another. I wonder if anyone has any ideas. The rig has to be durable and fairly flexible because we will be riding over a bridge and up and down some small hills.

A piece of "U" channel aluminum stock with training wheels bolted to it ??
The Ghost bike could be strapped into the U-channel at the wheels and a chain or pole
from the front of the U-channel and attached to the seatpost of the tow-bike ??

You could symbolically ride with the ghost bike, each in turn. Secure the headset so that the bars cannot turn, and hold the bar or top tube as you ride.

That's pretty slick. A Ghost Bike is lighter than a child.

A good idea,

Part of our route will be over the Big Dam Bridge so we have a significant hill and always unpredictable pedestrian traffic to contend with. That may make it more difficult as we will have to be single file on the bridge.
