So should I paint, or leave it as is for that rat bike look?
What I find after peeling off a black sticker... dang rust. Dang uncle for just hanging it outside.

Keep the rat rot look, throw on some flatbars and make it look like an old racer.

Tuff decision.......
I say go for uniformity, whatever that might be.
Strip the paint and let the whole frame get a nice rust patina
or flat black / Rustoleum it.
