Does anyone remember the "Doublecab" bike?

I'm looking for a website/picture I saw a while back (couple years maybe).
There was a site of custom bikes somewhere, one of the bikes on it was a long cruiser with two spade seats, the second one mounted over the rear seat. The bike's style was simple modern monochrome, not all twisty and chromed like the Hispanic lowriders. I want an image of the bike and I cannot find the site anymore. The bike was called something like "double cab" or "doublecab", but those google searches get nothing.
I've looked through bicycleforest and bikerod&kustoms and it's not on either of those.
Anybody remember where this was?

WOW!

The first thread in this forum that I click on, has the OP, followed by 2 posts that are a "flame fest"!

And neither one has anything to do with Fast Eddies question!

No wonder I don't visit here very often.

I'm OFFENDED! The best choice for the word preceding LOWRIDER, should be WORTHLESS!
(IMHO anyaway)

you're full of contradictions and oxymorons, dude. first you complain about a 'flame fest', then you disrespect the entire subforum, then you shout that you are offended, and then you procede to type the most offensive flame in the entire thread.

Stay home, we don't want you here if that's the way you're going to behave.

this reminds me of a time when someone asked me directions to a resteraunt called the "cracker barrel."
being a white person i was of course immediately offended and demanded an apology for assuming that the barrel was indeed a "cracker." to the best of my knowledge no one in my white ancestry lays claim to the barrel, although we've done a fantastic job of putting others over them.

lowriders are no more hispanic than apple pie and baseball is american.

my lowrider doesnt have a green card, but does a fantastic job of cutting grass and cooking.

i think the term "hispanic lowrider" is an insult to mexican midget cyclists.

as for the gentlemen who started this thread...i know you didnt mean any purposeful insult and i understand you were simply making a reference in an effort to clarify. as for the bike you asked about, i have no idea what your even talking about, sorry.

if anyone reading this thread has been insulted by any of the satirical fun ive had with it, my apologies - i couldnt resist! fast eddie outty

I guess none of you have ever been to Espanola, New Mexico, the Lowrider Capital of the World. It's a Chicano scene, through and through.

Lowriders were originally the Chicano culture's response to the jacked up hotrods all the anglo gearheads were building.

I don't know what the deal is here with people getting their panties in a bind.
I thought everybody knew that the Hispanics invented the chromed-up lowriders? It was their thing bfore it was anyone else's....

While it may come as a surprise to some, I don't think I've ever met anyone with as highly developed a sense of humor as you are displaying here!

i was being sarcastic when i said "lowriders are no more hispanic than baseball and apple pie are american," i didnt think anyone would not get that one, sorry,

lowriders are pure hispanic influence on american bicycle culture, there is no arguing this, i dont think the original post meant any insult to hispanics, he/she was just making a reference.

i think that the words F**K and LOVE are not all that different, if ya aint with the one ya love, love the one your with baby!!! and if your wondering after that comment...yes, i am single

When I was growing up in San Jose the East Side of San Jose was where one saw the lowrider cars. They were fascinating. Definitely part of the Chicano thing happening in the 1970s. I have only seen a couple since leaving California. The AltBikes of the car set .

But back to the OT: sorry Doug5150, I don't know about the bike you are seeking. Perhaps this though?:

Wow that is one beautiful bike. It is so clean and amazing. I wish I had some metal and a welder to make some nicer end, fully custom bikes. Does anyone how much it costs to get a welder?
