I saw the original Ground Hugger in Popular science or mechanics back in the seventies and since I was a poor farm kid...took a piece of manure spreader frame (yes it is heavy) and made my version...it is similar but definately not a slick as the real one. I took it once to a low rider show, back in 1996, and they went crazy over it. I would like to try this newer version but alas I don't work with carbon fiber.
