bent 24 inch forks on a 20 inch bike
anyone have any examples of forks they bent themselves? (ie; pics) the girlfriend is trying to decide. we have a bmx with a nanner seat and some old tapered 24 inch forks, that scream to be bent, and slapped with a 20 inch front wheel.
thanks

what are you worried about? i used to do it all the time till springers became affordable. the one thing you have to worry about is bending past 90 thats not good if thats the case drill the fork and add struts.

not afraid of anything. out of the 40 or so bikes we have at the house, this is the only 24 inch forks that will fit the head tube. shes just wanting to see a bent set witrh a 20 in wheel, versus an unbent set with a 16 inch wheel, so she doesnt bend em, then have no forks to go back to. if it were me they woulda been bent already.
just couldnt find any pics other than the fancy newfangled lowrider shiny springer bits to show her.
