Bicycle rocking chair

I'm picturing a recumbent bike seat attached to wheels that are severely out of vertical true to provide the rocking motion.

you mean like that starwars thingy? would that be able to stabilize a bike enough ?? . . . without making the wheels hugenormous? . . . . it would look cool : )

But with elliptical wheels, maybe from using different length spokes. Anyway, it was just sort of a joke. If anyone wants to try it, though...

Back in the 60s in our local (Orange CA)parade, a clown rode a bike just like that. I loved the bike, hated the clown.
