looks like that chain tensioner works great, did you have to modify it?

hmm, shouldn't a regular single speed have the clearance for this? how exactly does the double cog system work out? . . . . . . in other words, how do i make one?

Which brand freewheels did you use? I haven't been able to find decent ones with threads all the way through.
