The frame treatment looks interesting. Pictures are too crappy so see what's going on there.
Other than that, I'm with the rest. Pretty ho-hum lowrider with the ugliest chainring available really mucking up the looks.

Yep, just another low-rider bike. Not unique. The silver-blue doesn't mix particularly well with the gold.
