Pretty cool. Didn't realize what the issue was there at the last, but either his rear wheel disengages to engage the propellor, or else his rear wheel was still floating and he couldn't ride up the boat ramp. Or maybe it's a single speed, anyway, he needs some low gears to climb on up that ramp.
And it looks like he steps through the hull, so does it flood in the water?

Actually if you study the various Kinetic Sculpture racers, especially the winning machines from the Arcata race, you will see that transitions to/from water are the most complicated.
Generally, a front wheel drive is required to pull the vehicle out of the water while the prop is still pushing it out. Otherwise, the prop doesn't have the required power to drive the front wheels up the ramp.
