NAHBS Artbike bike parade (pics & video)

The 2012 North American Handmade Bicycle Show made an appearance in Sacramento this year, so I made the most of it. Since I volunteered for SABA doing bike parking on Friday, I got in the show for free two days. I took a bunch of pics from inside the show, which you can see here.

On Saturday, I rode in the NAHBS Artbike bike parade, which had plenty of rat rod bikes, a tall bike, and several Burning Man-type bikes, including a pedal-powered palm tree which you can see in the first part of the video. Unfortunately he had mechanical trouble and didn't make it very far.

Here's some pictures I took right before the ride started.
