Training

While riding to work one day last week, I thought to myself, "With all this daily training I'm getting commuting to work,
I ought to be getting stronger and stronger. I wonder what the training schedules of non-commuting cyclists is. Do they do two hours or more of riding per day, or is that considered small? Gee,
my commuting is giving me a great opportunity to improve!"

I don't know, but I doubt I would ever have time to ride for at least two hours a day if I wasn't commuting. It seems like the ideal way to train (especially with the extra weight I carry.)

But what do I know about training? (Very little, actually, outside of what I read.)

All I know is, I'm still improving, and all due to commuting by bike!
