Drops bars, handlebar bag and LED lights.
Okay, I've had an LED light for a while, clamped on with the manufacturer supplied clamp. Basic model you can find at any consumer outlet - I got mine at Canadian Tire. Round clamp with a flat side to quick-release attach the light.
Yesterday I bought a handlebar bag, and when I attached it I discovered the light can't sit on the inside horizontal section of the drop bars anymore because the bag is in the way. So my question is, where the heck else can I mount this thing? I'd like to keep it, and possibly add a second one to the system.

Why not buy an bar extender/goody mount (Topeak sells one, BikeSmart does, too). Mount the extender/goody mount to the bar and mount your accessories to the extender. I kinda like the BikeSmart version, aesthetically speaking, unfortunately, the mount just didn't work for me - but it might be what you are looking for.

Apart from the above solutions, you might try the double-stem trick. Works only if your bike is tall enough.

I'm running the double stem trick on my tourer, but I'd had made the conscious decision to leave the steerer long so I could get another stem i there.
On some other bikes, especially the moustache equipped one, I've had good luck with this Nitto mount. You can sub any length bar into the clamp. You can also get two clamps and have an entire second bar mounted in front of the original.

I really like the double-stem idea, too bad the stem on my bike is absolutely seized into the steering tube. I don't see it coming out without a hack-saw, and due to my shifters being mounted there, I have no room.
I might try to find that Nitto attachment, or see if I can make something like that.
