Question about cross tires...
So here's my question...
Are there some cross tires with lower profiles than others? I ask because I'm searching for cross worthy tires that have the lowest profile. (This is my desperate attempt to gain just a centimeter or two of standover clearance.)

It is the nature of bicycle tires that they have a round profile. Can't be helped. Some tires have more tread built up on the corners giving a flatter look, but that's it.
Why the standover worries, is the bike really too tall?

Why are you "desperate" to get more standover?
If you really spend that much time straddling your bike, perhaps consider a different hobby.
