Specialized Sirrus or Cannondale Quick
I understand both of these bikes have about 4 levels of price ranges. Does anyone own either one of these bikes and can make a recommendation..? I was looking at the 2009 Sirrus Elite or the Cannondale Quick 3. They both seem to be just under $1,000. What is the best bang for the buck if you think there are other bikes better, I wouls love to hear what you recommend. Looking for flat bar hybrids only. Thanks.

The Sirrus Elite is at a good point - the models below it are all-aluminum frames which are noticeably more harsh-riding, the model above it appears to use exactly the same frame.
In the 2008 model the front derailler wasn't very smooth shifting.
