Try using this website:

https://www.fulcrumwheels.com/jspfulc...=en&world=road

Spare parts, and then select year of your wheel.

I checked, but there is no bearing size on that website. only part number of bearing.

ahhh.... now i am a little confused. I disassemble the hub and measure the balls. it appear to be using 4mm, but now, i am not sure if it is 5/32 inch or 4mm.

5/32 inch is 3.96mm. I don't have a micrometer that can measure 0.04mm.

Can someone advice ?

Fulcrum 3 uses the same hubs as campy records - I forget off the top of my head but 7/32 ~ 5.5mm, 3/16 ~ 4.7mm, 5/32 ~ 3.9mm, 1/8 ~ 3.1mm

Those are the possible options...
