it's like a summertime balaclava to protect your face from the sun, but maybe it would be useful to cyclists whent he temps dip but not enough for the thicker protection needed for -0 temps

so long as you don't mind looking like a terrorist, they come in colors!

the over fishing of jelly fish predator fish has allowed the stinging jelly fish to increase dramatically in numbers in the oceans .

so a covering for protecting your face from being stung by jellyfish and raising big welts in the process.. and still going into the sea makes some sense..

and keeping your skin from darkening, tanning in the sun has long been a concern

a tanned face has long been associated with being a lower working rural peasant class complexion

and is to be avoided by the business upper-ruling classes .. Asia and elsewhere..
