Step Through, cruiser with atleast 7 gears?
So my wife and I were looking at bikes for her. She really loves the handle bars of a Cruiser, so she won't have to lean so far forward (she has back issues)
My wife is an Athena, and will be riding trails will be riding through hilly neighborhoods.
She thinks she needs a step through because of getting her leg up over the seat.
Do you know of any, links, brands, makes, models. Please let me know.

Bought my wife a step through Schwinn Voyager 2. It has Shimano Tourney 7 speed rear with 3 front and seems to be a decent bike for as much as she will be using it.
Hers was around $300 when we bought it earlier this year.

I'm not a snob but I truly love my Dutch-built Azor Oma that was purchased from Rolling Orange Bicycles of Brooklyn. Now, you can get that bike from here. With its exaggerated angles, the bike is a really comfortable ride and mine has been dressed out with Nantucket Baskets made in America.

Why not choose one with the Nexus (or Alfine) 7 or 8. And, coaster brakes if you wish (I know it is an option with the Nexus, but not seeing any coasters, perhaps it needs to be added as an aftermarket option).

For something even a bit more unique, perhaps a Nexus Shaft Drive bike.
