Any Dyno owners here?
I have an orange red Dyno Deuce built by GT. They are starting to get harder to find these days so I'm glad I got mine when I did. I love the looks of Dyno beach cruisers. They had a way of looking custom in a cool way while being a stock bike. The quality of GT Dynos surpasses most crusiers made these days which are now mostly cheap department store bikes made with dirt cheap components & weak aluminum frames.
Here's a list of the ones I know were made: 1 GT Dyno Deuce 2 GT Dyno Moon Eyes 3 GT Dyno Taboo Tiki 4 GT Dyno Glide 5 GT Dyno Roadster So, Anyone here have any of the bikes I listed above? Would love to see yours. Its a real shame they are no longer made. Thay all had a retro hotrod bike charm to their design. |
I still have my black Deuce and my wifes Moon Eyes. I bought them new in 1999. they are still in brand new condition, we seldom ride them, but I still think they are very cool bikes. I also acquired the calendar with the GT Dyno bikes and young ladies that was printed in 2000. I don't have any pictures of the bikes at this time because they are in long term storage.

Hi,
Yes I have one; a Dyno Deuce I bought around 2000. I modified it to be more RatRod and used it for around 5 years, mostly as beach transportation. I also took it to Burning Man where a bike is a very handy thing to have. The thing I don't like about it is it's heavy. I also feel that the frame it a bit too small for me. I'm actually looking to sell it to help pay for another bike I got recently. As much as I enjoyed it, I can't afford a personal museum and don't really have the space for a bunch of bikes. Here is a picture: http://i177.photobucket.com/albums/w...e/IMG_2706.jpg I also talk about it in my Introduction post. Do you have any pix of your bike? |

Really wish they still made those Dyno Fireball tires for both the front & back. But if I ever needed new tires I'd have to settle for Kenda flames which are pretty close to Dyno Fireballs. I see the original Fireball tires go for $120 on ebay sometimes. |
