Here is a link. Only thing I can't figure out is how the drive is transferred. Maybe from a tire friction transfer just under the seat. Would seem to be simpler to take it off under the rear wheel...

Looks like the rear tire drives a cable that turns a propeller that is steerable with the front wheel.
