Squeaks and Creaks on 2014 Cannondale T2
Having two noise issues:
The first is only when pedaling and sounds like a mouse squeaking. I cannot yet tell if it's coming from the front or rear BB. It sounds like a rubber seal wiping on something. These FSA cranks and BB have that wavy washer, first bike I have had with those.
The second sounds like chain rub/thrum and it's only when the stoker puts effort into the pedals. It does not appear to be FD rub on the drive chain and I have verfied that the timing chain is at correct tension and in line with the front chain ring.
Bike has about 200 miles on it. No noise on new test ride and noise every ride since. How does that happen?

The correct timing chain tension is no tension; you should be able to move the chain 1/4-1/2 inch at the tightest point.

Video of squeak here: https://youtu.be/WpIC8Bx-vfk Coming from cassette body. Happens sporadically under load and is easily reproducible. Driving us crazy and not getting any better with miles. Contacting shop where we bought it next.
Any thoughts?

Nevermind. Just saw your vid and that's not it. Something might be wrong with the hub. I would take it to the shop.

The squeal is gone. I removed the cassette lock ring and immediately could tell what was causing it. Rubber cone seal rubbing on the cassette body. I hit it with some tri-flow and then wiped it clean and no more squeak!
The creak is the timing chain/sprockets. I have made it better by addressing the massive tight vs slack spots by adjusting the chain rings a little. FSA makes some real crap and the quality of the chain rings is pathetic. The holes barely line up with the spiders and there are huge gaps between the carrier. I have other FSA cranks that have a much better fit and finish. Going this direction next: Gates Carbon Drive Tandem Belt System - BEST PRICE MATCH!

Good job on the trouble-shoot & fix...
