removal of SRAM APEX crank arm

Hello,
As the title states I am trying to remove a SRAM Apex crank arm. I have provided photos of where I am stuck. I removed the 8mm screw which allows me to see in to where I have photographed. Still the arm will not come off. Any reason? Do I also need to remove the other side as well?

Cheers.

Its hard to tell from the picture, but that looks like the Power-Spline version of the Apex crank. You'll need a crank puller like this Park Tool Co. CWP-7 : Universal Crank Puller for Square Taper and Splined Cranks : Crank Tools

Thanks for the reply. It turned out to a SRAM S150 crankset.
