Need help for stripped threads from overtightening the cleat.

Need help for stripped threads from overtightening the cleat.
Hi,
I screwed one of my SPD cleats into my shoe too tightly and stripped the threads in one of the spd mounting holes on the shoe. The cleat still holds, because the other screw is tight. Is there a way to repair the stripped one, or at least make it hold tight again. I was thinking maybe loc-tite might work? Any other ideas?

Never needed to try, but you might find a helicoil that's the right size. www.helicoil.com
