Best way to clean/grease Speedplay pedals?

Any other alternatives to the speedplay grease injector gun? My LBS don't have them in stock so I need an alternative. Thanks!

Most any auto parts store, DYI or industrial supply store should have both grease guns and various tips for them. Typically in two sizes, 3oz and 14oz. I like the smaller ones and Phil makes grease guns tubes for both sizes. Phil also offers their Lil Grease Gun. There are the fill it yourself small thump push guns but I never found them to be preferred compared to a real hand squeeze gun. Andy. (Who is looking forward to reading this post without any auto censor stuff happening).

I use a Duelco refillable greasegun and the included rounded tip works extremely well as an injector for Frogs. I just remove the plug screw, push the nozzle against the opening and give it three or four squirts until the dirty grease comes out of the inside of the spindle. Replace the plug screw and wipe off the excess. Repeat every couple of months.

Tractor Supply has large vetinary syringes. They only cost a few bucks and make great small grease guns. You can get the syringes with many different nozzle sizes. I have used one on Speedplays for years.
