Broken 6700 right shifter

Hi all,

I have a problem with my 6700 right shifter, it will not shift up. Here is a YouTube filmed by someone who has exactly the same issue I am having: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wr-Yzp2Hn9o
I shot the shifter with degreaser and WD40, but still no luck. I think some spring or something may have dropped out of it. Is this fixable? Or do I need to buy a new shifter?

Check out Zombie Shifters. The a small operation here in Oregon that repairs Shimano shifters. It's the only
place I know about that does it.
