Look pedal threading is the same as any other clipless pedal on the market. If you look around, Look pedals are being used on all brands of bikes using all brands of components. My bike has Campagnolo components with Look pedals. Look pedals work equally well on bikes with Shimano and SRAM components. There will be no problem installing Look pedals on your bike.

Well I found some NOS with a big note about the thread, and was not sure the thread was universal. So I asked.

You would probably have to go back to the 1970's to still find French threaded pedals being produced. Look's first clipless pedals were brought to market in 1984

9/16"x 20 tpi pedal threading is pretty much universal on all good quality bike and has been for years. The only other common standard is 1/2"x20 tpi and it's used only on children's and department store bikes with Ashtabula cranks.

Look pedals are made in France; the "F" stands for "fil," the French word for "thread." 9/16" x 20tpi is standard, English thread. I'm not aware of any clipless pedals offered in other thread standards.
