FD problem.
 

I buy one old steel mountain bike. I replace the handlebar front brakes i put new sram twist shifters the FD is for triple crank. THe FD is shift good to the inner chainring to the middle chainring but is not shift in the outer chainring. What is can do that problem i need replace the FD?

Cable installed too long.
H Screw in too far.

If you haven't changed the front derailleur or the crankset and assuming it worked before your problem has to be with the shifters. The most common problem is that you didn't have the shifter in the lowest gear position when you attached the shift cable to your derailleur.
