Is Spa Cycles usually this unresponsive?

I'm referring to this apparently famous place in the UK that has some good deal on some bike parts I'm after (their custom chainset). In the past few weeks I've sent 3 enquiries (two via their web forms, one email) but never heard back at all. Is it just me?

I have only tried contacting them once a couple years ago and they responded fairly quickly. Contact Us :: Spa Cycles, Harrogate - The touring cyclists specialist. Was it the direct email with your name and contact info and/or the email on the left of the page that you used?

I tried both, three times in total over 2 or 3 weeks - never heard back - have also checked spam folder.

Looks like I need to look for another supplier (won't be as cheap).

I ordered from them from time to time when I lived in the UK with no problems. They don't ship internationally (see Terms & Conditions at bottom of their home page) unfortunately.
