Help Identify Bike Rack

I purchased this for 20.00 like new on CL. Anyone know what brand it is? Its very heavy made and quite unusaul. Cant find any rack that looks like it at all. I believe its made to carry only one bike. Its super high quality near bulletproof.

I take it the seller does not know the brand or where it was purchased?

Looks mysterious. Are those parallel cylinders padded? Most racks have plastic cradles that hold one or more top tubes.

Are you sure it is a bike rack. Looks like it might be for something else. Maybe wheel chair or ??? Roger

Seller had no info. Its a bike rack. At least it functions as one. The 4 barrels are heavily rubber padded. The top 2 lift off sandwiching the top tube of your bike between. Like I said. Damn near bulletproof and WAY over built to haul a bicycle.

The yellow rack is for comparing only. The thread is about the small one in the pic.

I don't think it's a bike rack. Looks like it's for something flat but the orientation is wrong for a surfboard (and probably too small) or snowboard, perhaps it's for a kick scooter.

Its crazy overbuilt. Could easily hold 200lbs or more plus it only sticks out about 12 inches. Not enough room for 2 bikes.
