Dura-Ace/Ultegra sized brake inserts should fit a 105 brake as well, right?

Yes, 105 brakes take the 'Dura' type insert from Kool Stop.

Dura 2 pads are thicker than the 1st version... Fits TRP and Tektro too (& the brakes on Current Bromptons )
