Is a sram PC850 p chain compatible with Shimano HG Cassette
I just purchased the HG50 cassette and wanted to get the best chain for it.
I prefer the PC850 over the HG50 chain. Will it work as smoothly.

"speeds" Count type is all that Matters , really.
Better to get an adequate chain you dont get too attached to and keep it on too long,
since you are challenged by wanting 7 speed cassettes that are not showing up on ebay like waffles in Belgium.
KMC, Sram, Whipperman , Rohloff (They made chains first... were where Campag got them from years back)
Etc etc.
