First he was being paid to be there and second they weren't his bikes and he wasn't riding them so the nuisance value wasn't an issue. Does he do that for his personal bikes? I'm sure he doesn't.

Optional : Locking spacer ... its a threadless spacer with a pinch bolt. it will still be gripping

when you loosen the stem above It.

But he was major pressed for time to turn these bikes around; our own test ride started way later than our appointment because he couldn't keep up. If he left the handlebars put, that would have saved him maybe 30-60sec on each bike, each time.
