I can tell they are some sort of seatpost, but I don't see any sort of branding or other info. They came in a bulk box of parts I bought. No use to me.

It's a post topper for frames with integrated seatposts (ISP). Looks like a Bontrager (or a replica).

Right. That's what I figured it was. But, I have no clue about the brand or size or anything. Trying to determine if they are worth selling. Maybe Bontrager, like you said.

I wonder if they are made specific to one frame or if they are some standard size.

Some toppers are frame-specific, i.e. aero seatposts, unique post diameter.

Can't see from the photo but it looks like they're round.

Measure the ID of the topper. They usually come in 30.25, 34.9, & 38.35mm diameters.

They look like they're for 2008-2009 Madones. Those were the years of the "aero" seat mast.
