Dura-Ace 7950 crankset & chainrings WITH SRAM Force groupset?

Currently running 10sp SRAM Force groupset coupled with Truvativ Elita cranks and Vision TT 52/38 chainrings

If I introduced this Dura Ace 7950 Chainset to the setup will it be compatible with my Force mechs, shifters and cassette?

Yes. You might have to lower the FD just a little because the rings are smaller with less teeth.
