BB Question
 

I have a frame with a PF30 BB and it currently has a shimano BB71-41B PF BB.

I have an athena groupset (english BB) that I want to put on this frame.

Question: could I leave the shimano PF BB on the frame and install the athena chainset? Or, do I have to buy an adapter similar to this ?

Probably, since Campagnolo made no effort at being compatible with it's much Larger competitor .

you would have gotten the answer from them from experience since theuy sell a Lot of High End stuff I'll never see.

and undoubtedly sell Both ..

Campag bikes are under tourists that are passing thru In just the summer , Its not the best on a tour when it breaks in small Towns ..

Ok the one in your link is 68 X 46. Competitive Cyclist sells 68X42. Which one do I need?
