GXP bottom bracket tool.. which one to pick..

this side of the bike is kinda new to me, i usually take it to the shop for BB installation.. but i decided i would just invest in a tool and give it a shot my self... the BB is a Truvalli sp... GXP.. and i need to uninstall it and add some anti- sease compound.. so what too is best to uninstall and reinstall this type of BB... where to purchase... what do the mechanics recomend?

Park Tool's BBT-9 or BBT-69 will fit the external bearing cup's notches. It's the same tool used for most of Shimano's Hollowtech II bearings.

Assuming you have a external bearing threaded BB

Bottom Bracket Tool | Park Tool

That's what a GPX is, isn't it? What other design is possible using the same name?

PF92/86 is available in GPX as well.

I use the Park Tool BBT-19 on my GXP external bearings and it doesn't fit very well. Sometimes the cups get stuck inside the tool and gets jammed. I have to reinstall the bottom bracket to get the tool to let go and then start again.

Now I see Park has a BBT-19.2, so hopefully the tolerances are better.
