2015 Mavic R-SYS SLR rear drive side nut
 

Hi,

I recently ran into a situation where my brand new 2015 R-SYS SLR rear wheelset I bought online came damaged. The soft aluminum rear axial nut(drive side) was installed reversed which caused the drop out sleeve damaged. That side was jammed into the hub and got crushed. I just got very unlucky. The Mavic factory worker made a mistake. I tried to get a new nut from the online vender, but no luck. They asked me to ship the wheelset back for a refund. I want the wheels and don't want a Refund. I called and emailed Mavic, they don't answer back. I thought it was a hassle and I still want to use the wheels.

Anyone knows where to get this nut or maybe the axle assembly? I found a couple sites sell older 2010 R-SYS SL, but no 2015 SLRs. I think they have different rear axle assembly.
