HELP! Bottom Bracket Cup and Freewheel?

Which bottom bracket cup threads into a freewheel? Like which size/threading? If anyone can just send me a link to a cheap left side bottom bracket cup that will fit into a freewheel I'd be very grateful!

Unless you have some late-70's department-store bike with a freewheel at the bottom bracket, the 2 units are in different places; the freewheel is on the rear wheel hub, and the bottom bracket is holding the crankset. No bottom bracket cup has EVER been made to "thread into a freewheel" to my knowledge (previously mentioned late 70's unit possibly excepted).

Maybe not made with the intention to do so but any of the many millions (even those made today, many years after the 1970s) LH Bb cups of English threading will thread into English, JIS and Italian freewheels. It's simple thread dimension matching, nothing limited to any one segment or era.

The Op didn't mention the reason he asked his question. But I can think of a few. I am curious why though. Andy.

I know one application for this, because I have done it. A BB shell welded on the underside of a monotube recumbent frame, and a freewheel mounted to it for use as a mid drive. An adjustable cup from an English BB facilitates the mount.

The other use I've seen is a retro-direct drive train. Using the BB cup to mount a second FW on top of the first one.

We have a winner! I'm trying to get two freewheels onto one wheel before I break my head or wallet for a chain tensioner

Trying to get two freewheels onto one hub! You put a spacer on, thread on the freewheel, thread the bb cup into that, add another spacer (seen it done without anot her spacer here) and then thread on the second freewheel. The end result is a retro direct drive train!
