White chips on new Carbon frame head tube

I just picked up a Diverge Comp Carbon, and I just noticed at the top edge of the head tube some white like the epoxy is chipped. It goes about halfway around the circumference of the tube end. Is this something I should worry about? My first carbon frame.

Touch it up with some nail polish and ride it.

I think that is probably the answer. If it was steal or al I know it is, but since I am new to carbon I wanted to make sure.

A new or used bike? If it's new take it back.

Looks like someone got a little sloppy with the headset installation or maybe removed and replaced the HS for some reason causing the chips. Probably not something to worry about but not up to Specialized's new bike standards. You could take it back to the shop you bought it from to get it checked out or to rectify the situation. The time is now, don't wait as they can just claim normal wear and tear.
