Replacing busted spoke

One of my drive side rear spokes busted today, broke at the j bend.

Is standard procedure to simply install new spoke and tighten it until wheel is true?
Or do I need to loosen all and retension entire wheel?

Just put it in, over-tighten just a bit, then back down until it is true. But, ask yourself: "Why did this spoke break?" Was it corrosion, fatigue, or collision? If another spoke near it breaks, you may need to see if the whole wheel needs attention.

Check all the other spokes for proper tension as well. Spokes often break because they are too loose and even if the spokes were the proper tension some of the spokes can loosen up after one breaks.

You able to get the sprockets Off?

was the wheel rim warped by the loss of 1 spoke's tension?
