Stuck disc brake pad screw
I was going to clean my brake pads but I can't remove the 3mm allen head screw that hold the pads inside the caliber on the front brake. I can remove the rear screw without any problems.
I have tektro auriga disc brakes.
Anything I can do to remove the screw without going to LBS?

If the screw is stuck in its threaded bore, try soaking it with a good penetrating oil like Kano Kroil (best) or PB Blaster overnight or longer. Use a hex driver with an unworn tip (or grind it back to fresh edges) to keep from stripping the recess and try to remove it;try soaking it again if the first attempt fails.

There is just a 3mm allen head screw that won't turn.
I think I've stripped the head of the screw.

I have tektro auriga disc brakes.
1) No Attachments .. toss them in the Bin
Replace them with a Brake You choose those were chosen for you, when you got the Bike
to meet Price point.
Or 2) down load Manual .. see if LBS can find small parts, No? see 1)

You can completely drill the pin out and replace it with an appropriate cotter pin, without any issues. Gently bend the longer leg, such that the pin can't fall out.
Or, as said, you can use an 'ez-out' to remove the stuck screw. The genuine type requires the use on a tap wrench, so if you're on a buying spree...

Find a replacement screw then use an appropriately sized drill bit to drill off the head of the stuck screw (same diameter as screw thread or slightly smaller). The remaining stub should come out by hand or with some needle nose pliers.

Thank you. I'm not going to drill the screw out cause I'm clumsy but you can order new screw for 2$ on the tektro website.

Beware, the pins are only threaded right under the head, as the pads need to be able to slide freely on the rest of the pin. NB, Shimano pins (among others) should fit the brake.
