FSA crank/bb with threaded shell?

Hi, I have a 68mm x 1.37 threaded bb with Campagnolo Ultra-torque cranks (11spd drivetrain).

Can anyone confirm that the FSA BB386EVO bb will work with a 68mm x 1.37 bb shell? The FSA website says that the bb386evo will work with threaded shell, but it also says that the bb386evo is press fit. I want to get a FSA bb because I want to get some FSA cranks (part of a power meter).

I also found bb386evo threaded adapters but they look like the bb itself (like the Campy UT bb), not an adapter.

I've read that campy 11spd drivetrain will shift fine with FSA cranks/chainrings, so that's not as big of a concern.

thanks

Do you mean if the crank that was in a FSA BB386EVO Bb bearing unit will be able to be used in a threaded BB bearing unit? Andy

Yes. I want to use an FSA BB386EVO crank and BB. But it's very unclear to me exactly how the BB386EVO bb works with a threaded shell on my frame. Does the standard BB386EVO thread into my frame, does it need an adaptor, or is the "adapter" actually the BB?

Bottom brackets were pretty confusing to me at first, and FSA makes so many and have so many adapters it further confused the issue. I think you are doing what I did... I have a 386EVO crankset, which utilizes their MegaEvo bottom bracket to fit standard BSA threaded shell.

I've not actually finished the build yet so have not had it on road but seems to be very nice setup. Many folks say you can't put 30mm spindle in the old BSA bikes but this allows you to do just that!

Thanks, that makes sense.
