A Gift to My Favorite Wrench
Today I stopped by my shop and gave a gift to my favorite wrench and a good friend. It was a Campy pedal tool from the 1980's where one end was for removing the cap and the other end was for adjusting the cone. I am so old that I did have Campy quill pedals way back when and I always did my own wrenching.
When he saw it he knew immediately what it was and was very grateful. Then he asked one of the young wrenches what this thing was and much hilarity happened.
I doubt he will see much need for it in servicing old Campy quill pedals, but it does work with MKS quill pedals and he does see them on occasion.
